I had my first appointment at Bourbonnais Family Dental tonight and am so blown away by how friendly everyone was and how fast I was taken back. Everything they were doing was explained to me before and during which was really nice and Erica was so sweet and did a great job and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Definitely recommend! 🙂

I love this place!! As someone with dental anxiety the staff and doctors here are amazing! They are so accommodating and always make sure I’m doing well. They never make me feel bad about my teeth or for being nervous! I would recommend them a million times over!!

If you’re looking for a fantastic dentist office, look no further. I have horrible dental anxiety & from the first appointment Dr Rashid and her team have made that completely disappear. Walking in the door you can sense you’re walking into a peaceful atmosphere. The girls at the front desk are so kind and welcoming on top of helpful. I have seen Cora the two times I’ve been in for a cleaning and she is so kind and patient. She really explains everything that is going on. I’ve also had to have some dental work done by Dr Rashid herself and she is absolutely amazing. Just an outgoing, fun dentist who really makes you feel comfortable in her chair. (Her music playlists are a huge bonus too) Everything was pain free & the office is immaculate. So glad I chose this dentist when I moved into the area!

Had another great visit at Bourbonnais Family Dental this morning! Heather, my hygienist, was so thorough and I have my nice clean smile again! Dr. Rashid was excellent in paying attention to any concerns that may be developing. She assured me all was fine but would keep an eye on things at my next visit. I feel assured that is well! Got to meet the new employee Meg also!

After much anxiety about switching dentists after almost 20 years I can honestly say I wish I would have done it sooner. My experience starting with the call to make an appointment up to walking out the door from my first appointment was wonderful!!
